Why I Ride?: 

I started Spinning in the fall of 2005 and signed up for my first Tour de Cure charity ride the next spring. After the first training ride, I was hooked and have been riding ever since. Cycling helps me focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Even better - I've managed to find a way to incorporate beer drinking at the same time...
